1. General Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Unworn or unused

With original tags

In the original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

Once approved, you must ship the item back within 14 days. Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.
2. Exchanges

You may request an exchange for another item.

The replacement will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.

The 30-day policy also applies to exchanges.
3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away.

Each case will be reviewed individually to provide the best solution.
4. Defective on Arrival (DOA)

If your product arrives defective, you must report it within 24 hours.

DOA items must be returned in the same condition, without modifications or tampering.

If packaging damage was caused by the courier, provide proof and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Return shipping for DOA items is the customer’s responsibility; replacements are sent once the return is confirmed.

We reserve the right to deny fraudulent or invalid claims.
5. Order Cancellations

Before shipment: Orders may be canceled with a full refund.

After shipment: Please wait until delivery, then request a return.
6. Processing Fee
A non-refundable fee of 5% + $1 applies to returns (refunds only) and cancellations.
This fee does not apply to:

Exchanges

Faulty or damaged items
7. Lost Orders

If your order is lost in transit, you will receive a full refund.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package was not received, please file a claim with the courier.
8. International Returns

For returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

We do not provide return labels for international returns.
9. Late Delivery Compensation

If your order arrives later than the estimated delivery date, you may request a 5% refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
10. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
11. Order Refusal Policy

If you refuse delivery without a valid reason (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), you are responsible for all shipping costs, including original and return shipping.

These costs will be deducted from your refund.

If shipping costs exceed the refund amount, no refund will be issued.
12. Shipping Safety Reminder

For items valued over $80, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
