ETTBOX Shipping & Delivery Policy

At ETTBOX, we proudly offer worldwide shipping to supported countries and regions. Most eligible countries are supported with free standard air shipping. Some remote or long-distance destinations may require an additional shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

Most orders require 1–3 business days on average to process before dispatch.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Handmade, custom-made, made-to-order, or special production items may require additional processing time. If a product requires a longer processing period, this will be stated on the product page.

During peak seasons, holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance, weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, local delivery delays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Standard shipping usually takes 10–20 business days after dispatch.

Handmade products, remote destinations, and long-distance shipping routes may take approximately 15–30 business days after dispatch.

United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Japan, South Korea, Türkiye:

10–15 business days

United States, Canada, Israel, Switzerland, Latvia, Hungary, Croatia, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Mexico, Poland, Lithuania, Slovakia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates:

15–20 business days

Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Suriname, Costa Rica, Guyana, Iceland, Malta, Cyprus, New Zealand, Brazil, and other long-distance destinations:

15–30 business days

3. Peak Season Notice

Orders placed during January, February, major international holidays, local public holidays, severe weather periods, or peak shopping seasons may experience extended delivery times.

In some cases, delivery may take 30–45 business days due to customs congestion, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Coverage and Restrictions

We ship to supported countries and regions worldwide.

If your country or region is available at checkout, it generally means that shipping is currently supported.

We currently cannot ship to the following countries or regions:

Bahamas
Yemen
Cuba
Iran
Sudan
Syria

Shipping availability may change at any time due to carrier restrictions, customs rules, international sanctions, local import regulations, or logistical limitations.


5. Additional Shipping Fees

Most supported countries are eligible for free standard air shipping.

However, certain remote areas, long-distance destinations, or countries with higher logistics costs may require an additional shipping fee, usually between $9.90 and $19.90.

Any applicable additional shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.

For some South American countries and remote destinations, delivery may take longer and customers may be required to complete customs clearance or pay import taxes before receiving the package.


6. Tracking Your Order

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number or tracking link.

Tracking information may take 5–7 business days to update after dispatch.

You may track your order using the tracking link provided in your email or through third-party tracking platforms such as 17track.net.

Please note that last-mile tracking is only supported in certain countries and may only update when the package reaches the destination country or final delivery stage.


7. Customs Clearance

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection in the destination country.

Customs clearance time varies by country and is outside our control.

Some countries may require customers to provide personal identification, tax identification numbers, import documents, or additional information before delivery.

Customers are responsible for cooperating with local customs authorities and carriers when required.

ETTBOX is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, missing customer information, unpaid import taxes, or failure to complete customs clearance.


8. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

These charges are not controlled by ETTBOX and are not included in the product price unless expressly stated at checkout.

If customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are required, the customer must pay them directly to the carrier or local customs authority.

Refusing delivery due to unpaid customs charges may be treated as a refused shipment under our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

We will try our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing or dispatch.

ETTBOX is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or invalid shipping information provided by the customer.

Any additional logistics fees, redirection fees, reshipping fees, or carrier charges caused by an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.


10. Pre-Orders and Back-Orders

Some products may be listed as pre-order, back-order, handmade, custom-made, or made-to-order items.

These items will be shipped once production or restocking is completed.

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship available items first and ship the remaining items separately.

You will receive tracking information once each shipment is dispatched.


11. Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, ETTBOX will provide a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

If tracking shows no update for an unusually long period, please contact us at support@ettbox.com so we can assist with an investigation.

A package is not considered lost simply because tracking updates are delayed, especially during customs clearance, international transit, peak seasons, or last-mile delivery.


12. Delivered But Not Received

If tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with:

Your local carrier
Family members or roommates
Neighbors
Building management
Mailroom or reception desk
Local post office or delivery station

Customers may be required to contact the carrier and file a delivery claim where applicable.

ETTBOX will review each case individually and assist where possible, but we are not responsible for stolen packages, unattended deliveries, or packages lost after confirmed delivery.


13. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, local delivery issues, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery delays do not automatically qualify for order cancellation or refund.

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help check the shipping status.

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.


14. Refused Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, including but not limited to unpaid customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, change of mind, or failure to cooperate with customs clearance, the shipment may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier.

In such cases, the customer may be responsible for:

Original shipping costs
Return shipping costs
Carrier handling fees
Customs charges
Any other related logistics costs

These costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

If the total costs exceed the refundable amount, no refund may be issued.


15. Returns and Refunds

For returns, exchanges, refunds, defective items, lost packages, refused shipments, and cancellation requests, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns unless otherwise required by applicable law.
