1.       Product Authenticity:

2.       How long do I have to cancel my order?
• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.  Please note that refunds may take 1-3 business days to post to your original form of payment.


3.       What is your return policy?
• Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.  Please note that certain items, such as health and personal care items, are non-returnable.Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.


4.       How do I initiate a return?
• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ettbox.com . Please provide your order details and the reason for the return.      

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.


5.       What is your shipping policy?
• We proudly offer worledwide shipping to 60+ countries!
Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is 10–25 business days (all shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays).
Please also consider any holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics that may impact delivery times.

⚠️ Special Note:

  • Due to holidays and special weather, the delivery time of orders paid in January and February each year may be extended to 30–45 days.

  • For certain countries with stricter import policies or long-distance shipping routes, an additional shipping fee of $10–20 may apply. Customers will be informed at checkout if this applies to their order.

6.       Can I track my order?
• Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID and a link to track the journey of your package. Please allow 3-5 working days for the tracking information to show.

7.       What should I do if I provided the wrong shipping address?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.After delivery to correct the address, and the logistics fee will be borne by the consumer.

8.       What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
• If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If you have any further questions, please reach out to our customer support team at support@ettbox.com.


9.       Do you offer refunds for sale items?
• Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for sale items.  Only regular priced items may be refunded.


10.    Will I be charged Sale tax on my order?

Sales tax is a tax charged on the supply of goods and services. You may also know it as VAT or GST, depending on where you live. Unfortunately, Ettbox has no control over the tax rates of different countries.
If there is a tax, it generally depends on the product price. The general tariff is within $30. It is the buyer's responsibility.
