Return & Refund Policy

At ETTBOX, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In its original condition

• In the original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.


2. Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange for another item within 30 days of delivery.

Replacement items will be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

We may request photos, videos, or additional information to verify the issue.

Each case will be reviewed individually and an appropriate solution will be provided.


4. Defective on Arrival (DOA)

Products that arrive defective must be reported promptly after delivery.

Items must remain in substantially the same condition as received and must not be modified, repaired, or tampered with.

For verified defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, ETTBOX may provide a replacement, refund, partial refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs, depending on the circumstances.

Fraudulent, abusive, or unverifiable claims may be rejected.


5. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment:

Orders may be canceled for a full refund.

After Shipment:

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

For customers located in jurisdictions where withdrawal rights apply, requests will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


6. Processing Fee

A non-refundable payment processing fee of 5% + $1 may apply to voluntary order cancellations and non-defective returns where permitted by applicable law.

This fee does not apply to:

• Defective items

• Incorrectly shipped items

• Approved exchanges

• Cases where prohibited by applicable law


7. Lost Orders

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, ETTBOX will provide a replacement or refund.

If tracking information shows "Delivered" but the package cannot be located, customers must first contact the carrier and file a delivery claim where applicable.

ETTBOX reserves the right to review each case individually.


8. International Returns

For returns based on personal preference, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

ETTBOX does not provide prepaid return labels for international returns unless otherwise required by law.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


9. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, public holidays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control do not automatically qualify for a refund.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be provided.


10. Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Depending on the payment provider or financial institution, additional processing time may apply.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.


11. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, including but not limited to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or change of mind, all shipping-related expenses may be deducted from the refund.

These costs may include:

• Original shipping costs

• Return shipping costs

• Carrier handling fees

If such costs exceed the refundable amount, no refund will be issued.


12. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, or clearance charges imposed by their country.

Refusing delivery due to unpaid customs charges will be treated as a refused shipment under Section 11 of this policy.


13. EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights

For customers residing in the European Union, eligible purchases may be withdrawn within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, customers may contact support@ettbox.com or submit a withdrawal request through our online cancellation form.

ETTBOX will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal request without undue delay.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are custom-made, personalized, handcrafted to customer specifications, or otherwise exempt under applicable law.


14. Handmade & Custom-Made Products

Certain products sold by ETTBOX are handcrafted, made-to-order, customized, or produced according to customer-selected options.

For these products, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds may not be available once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Product pages will indicate when an item falls into this category.


15. Return Shipping Recommendation

For returned items valued over $80 USD, customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.

ETTBOX cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without valid tracking information.
