ETTBOX Shipping & Delivery Policy

We proudly offer free worldwide shipping to 60+ countries! Please note that we require 1–3 business days on average to process your order before dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your country/region.
1. Estimated Delivery Times
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
(Excluding customs clearance, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen events)
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
- Long-Distance Shipping: 20–25 business days

⚠️ Note: Orders paid in January and February may experience extended delivery of 30–45 days due to holidays and special weather.
2. Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to the following countries:
- Bahamas
- Yemen
- Cuba
- Iran
- Sudan
- Syria
3. Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID and link. Allow 5–7 business days for tracking info to appear. Track your package at: 17track.net
⚠️ Last-mile tracking is supported only in certain countries and may display information only during final delivery.
4. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at support@ettbox.com. Any additional logistics fees to redirect a package will be borne by the customer.
5. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
Items in stock will be shipped immediately. Pre-ordered/back-ordered items will ship as soon as available. If you ordered multiple items, partial shipment may occur; remaining items will follow shortly.
6. Returns & Refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, contact your shipping carrier with the tracking info provided.
8. Taxes & Duties
Sales tax (VAT/GST) depends on your country and product value; typically within $20. ETTBOX has no control over customs duties or taxes; the buyer is responsible. In some countries, customers may need to assist with customs clearance and pay import taxes before receiving the package.
9. Additional Notes
Certain countries may incur an additional shipping fee of $10–20 due to stricter import policies or long-distance routes. Customers will be informed at checkout. Holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may affect delivery times.
